Quick Pizza
I worked at Pizza Hut for 3 years as a teenager, so have some claim to pizza-making prowess. But nothing tricky here. These pizzas end up being much healthier than commercial 'deep-pan' pizzas and are quick to make.
Ingredients
- 1 no-name brand pizza (i.e. has virtually nothing on it, but the base tastes good and saves having to prepare a base)
- tomato paste
- herbs
- onion
- pineapple
- mushroom
- capsicum
- salami
- shredded ham
- shredded cheese (mozzarella or tasty)
Instructions
- Spread some tomato paste sparingly on the top of the pizza base to supplement the existing sauce, and add some herbs if desired.
- Chop and add onion, pineapple, mushroom, capsicum as desired.
- Add ham and salami as desired.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake at 200 degrees C for 20 minute or until golden brown.
