Teriyaki Chicken Wings
This recipe came from the Bixler family who lived out here in Australia for a while. Chicken wings are always delicious if not baked dry, and the teriyaki sauce only makes it harder not to overeat. You could replace the teriyaki sauce with a premade sauce without any worries I guess.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tspn salt
- 1/2 tspn ground ginger
- 1 clove crushed garlic
Instructions
- Marinade chicken wings (cut into three piece3s and feed the tips you your cat if it won't choke on them) for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Bake at 190 degrees C for 30 minutes. Brush with marinade and turn.
- Bake for a further 30-40 minutes with marinade.
